Terms of Service

  • All Commissioned illustration belongs to the right owners, (Artist & Author).

  • I have the right to decline your commission request if I believe I could not deliver what you requested.

  • By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

  • DO NOT use my works for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.

  • I have the rights to publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or other publication media unless requested otherwise.

Do / Don't :

  • OC's & Fanart's

  • Ships / Suggestive Art

  • NSFW / SFW

  • Humanoid (Demon, Elves, Animal Characteristic)

  • NOTP (zhongli bottom / childe top)

  • Furry, Mecha, Bara, Gore

  • NSFW with shota / loli character

Payments :

The client will pay the full price UPFRONT before I send the rough sketch.I do not accept any REFUND once I working on your art. A refund is applicable if I don't give you any progress for 3 months.

Revisions :

  • Please be careful to give the right character & color references.

  • Minor revisions are allowed throughout the process.

  • Major revisions are only applicable to rough sketches.

  • No revisions after the final piece.

  • Free major revision up to 3 times. More than 3 will be charged +$5 per minor revision.

Workflow :

Commission Accepted - FullPayment - RoughSketch - CleanSketch - Base Color - Finishing - DeliveredPlease remember to respond to any kinds of messages within 24~48 hours. I will always try my best to answer any kinds of your questions and messages within the said time too. If there is still no response, I will continue to proceed the commission regardless.

Deadlines :

  • Deadlines following my timezone (GMT+7 / UTC+7)

  • Commissions will usually take anywhere from 5-10 days depending on complexity.

  • Rush order (max 2 days delivery) only possible if there is no queue.

  • Deadlines should be discussed in agreement with client.

  • Extra fee will be charged up to +30% of price for rush order.

Use :

  • All Commission can be used for Personal use as [Self-prints for decoration, social media profile/banner picture].

  • Additional fees is required for commissions intended for commercial use.

  • The client may NOT RESELL any commission(s) received from the artist.

  • All Illustrations are credited to the original artist [ yummyciaa / yumiciaa ]
